Genealogical Requests

Obituary and birth announcements will continue to be printed as long as there are dates provided and as time permits (please allow up to 4 weeks for requests) . A $5.00 per hour research fee, plus $ .15 for photocopies, $ .25 for microfilm copies, and any applicable fax charges will be billed to the person making the request. A bill is sent with the response letter. People living in the Quad Cities area are encouraged to come and use our facilities to do research. The staff on duty will not be able to assist genealogists in their endeavor.
